2. SHIPPING & PICKUP POLICY

Shipping & Local Pickup

Made to order RANNBO shirts and hats are made to order. We order your item from our supplier after you purchase. Supplier processing and delivery to us typically take approximately 1–2 weeks. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed date.

Shipping (United States only) We currently ship within the United States only. Once we receive your item from our supplier, we ship it within 2 business days and email you a shipping confirmation with tracking. Transit time is additional. Shipping is charged at checkout, and the rate is shown before you pay.

Free local pickup — by appointment only (Bensalem, PA) Free local pickup is available by appointment for customers with a Pennsylvania or New Jersey address. At checkout, choose "Local pickup by appointment — Bensalem, PA." You'll still enter your own address at checkout for your order details; nothing is shipped. When your order is ready, we'll contact you by text or email to schedule a pickup time and share the pickup location and instructions privately. Please don't stop by without a confirmed appointment.

Uncollected pickup orders We hold pickup orders for 30 days after we let you know your order is ready, and we'll send a reminder before the 30 days are up. If we can't arrange a pickup within that time, we'll contact you to arrange shipping to the address on your order at the standard shipping rate, or another solution that works for you. We won't dispose of an order without contacting you first.

Order updates You'll receive an order confirmation email when you purchase. Shipped orders receive a shipping confirmation with tracking. Pickup orders receive a text or email when they're ready to schedule.

Delays If our supplier needs more time than expected, we'll contact you with an updated estimate. You can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.
