Training & Coaching Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy applies to RANNBO training and coaching sessions: private 1-on-1 training, partner training, online boxing, and Mindset & Performance Coaching, however you pay. Private boxing packages have separate terms.

Booking

Paying for a session doesn’t reserve a time on its own. A session is booked once Rada confirms a date and time with you. To schedule, text 215-356-6984.

Paid but not yet booked

If you’ve paid for a single session but haven’t booked an appointment, you can request a refund of that unused payment at any time.

Cancelling or rescheduling a confirmed session

The 24-hour rule applies to confirmed appointments. You can cancel or reschedule a confirmed session without charge if you let us know at least 24 hours before its confirmed start time.

The 24 hours are counted back from the confirmed start time. For example, for a session confirmed for 6:00 PM on Thursday, notice must reach us by 6:00 PM on Wednesday.

When you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, you can choose to reschedule your session or request a refund of your unused single-session payment.

Late cancellations and no-shows

If you cancel a confirmed session less than 24 hours before its start time, or don’t attend without notice, the full session price is charged.

If RANNBO cancels

If we need to cancel a confirmed session, you can choose to reschedule at no charge or receive a full refund for that session.

Emergencies

Real emergencies happen. Exceptions may be made at RANNBO’s discretion. Please contact us as soon as you can.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned through your original payment method whenever practical. If that isn’t possible, we’ll arrange another refund method we both agree on. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post a refund.

Private Boxing Package Policy

Private boxing packages are available for one-on-one training at the RANNBO studio in Bensalem, Pennsylvania.

Package validity

• 8-session package: 90 days from purchase.

• 12-session package: 120 days from purchase.

Extensions may be granted on a case-by-case basis for scheduling conflicts, illness, emergencies, or other reasonable circumstances.

Nontransferable packages

Packages are purchased for one individual and cannot be transferred, shared, or resold.

Cancellations and missed sessions

The standard 24-hour cancellation policy applies to package sessions. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, will count as used unless an exception is approved.

Refunds

Refund requests for unused package sessions will be reviewed in accordance with applicable law and the package agreement provided at purchase. Any legally required refunds or cancellation rights will be honored.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where the law gives you greater rights, the law applies.
