Private boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai and personal training with Rada Rann, for complete beginners and experienced athletes. Train one-on-one or with a partner at my Bensalem studio, or box online by video. Mobile training is available by request.

Live one-on-one boxing coaching by video, with real-time corrections. Best if you train from home or live outside the area.

Private 1-on-1 boxing sessions at my Bensalem studio, 60 minutes each. Same price for cash or digital payments. In-person only. 8-session packages are valid for 90 days; 12-session packages are valid for 120 days. Extensions may be granted for injuries, illness, travel, or special circumstances.

What to expect in your first session
- Your goals. We talk about what you want from training and any injuries or limitations.
- Warm-up. We get you moving and ready.
- Fundamentals. Stance, footwork and the core techniques, at your level.
- Pad work. You put punches and combinations together on the pads.
- Next steps. We pick what to work on next.
Equipment: Some training equipment is available at the studio. Contact me before your session to confirm what to bring.

Questions about training
What can I train in a private session?
Boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai or personal training. Each private session is 60 minutes at my Bensalem studio, at the same price.
Which format is right for me?
Private training gives you my full attention for the whole hour. Partner training is good value if you have someone to train with, and works for any of the four styles. Online works from anywhere, and mobile sessions are available by request.
Is the partner price per person?
No. $120 in cash or $130 by Zelle or Cash App covers both people for the session.
Why are there two prices?
Each single session lists one price for cash and one for Zelle or Cash App. Boxing package prices are the same either way.
Do you work with experienced boxers?
Yes. I coach everyone from first-timers to experienced athletes, and each session is planned around your level.
Do you offer mobile training?
Yes, by request, for boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai or personal training. Contact me with your location for availability and a custom quote.
What is your cancellation policy?
Give at least 24 hours’ notice before your confirmed session start time to cancel or reschedule at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours of the start time, and no-shows, are charged the full session price. If I need to cancel, you can reschedule for free or get a full refund.
